*"I love them but can the size isn't right"… what are my options?*
No worries, we're here to help! If you've decided to go for another size instead, we've got you covered with an exchange option. The conditions are just as easy peasy as with a return:
- Keep the item in original condition, unworn and unwashed, and pop it back to us within 30 days.
- Make sure swimwear and underwear have their hygiene seal intact, and the underwear is returned in its original packaging.
For the exchange, we're all about teamwork. We split the return postage cost with you (a modest $9.95 applies), but we'll take care of sending the new size back to you. Head over to our self-serve RETURNS CENTRE to kickstart the exchange process.
Once we receive your original item, we'll send out the new one right away and you’ll get an email update when your new size is on its way to you—easy as pie!
