- Keep the item in original condition, unworn and unwashed, and pop it back to us within 30 days.
- Make sure hygiene seals intact if they were affixed to your the product you bought, and that the underwear is returned in its original packaging.

If there is a cost difference (either less or more than original purchase price), the returns portal will either process a refund for the difference or request payment for anything owing.
