Will I have to pay VAT or customs duties when ordering from the UK?

When shipping from Australia to the UK, orders valued at £135 GBP or less are not subject to any VAT or customs duties at the border.

For orders over £135 GBP, UK customs may charge import VAT and customs duties, which are payable by the recipient upon arrival.

Eltee Sydney is not registered for UK VAT, so we don’t collect VAT at checkout. If you're placing a larger order, we recommend checking with UK customs to understand any charges that may apply.
